neutral corner
There are four corners in a boxing ring. One corner is provided to each of the boxers and each boxer will go to his corner between rounds. A Neutral Corner is one of the two corners that are not assigned to either boxer. After a boxer has been knocked down or is given a standing 8 or 10-count, the other boxer is required to go to a Neutral Corner.
