Mišelin Kalmi-Rej

Micheline Anne-Marie Calmy-Rey (born 8 July 1945) is a Swiss politician who is head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs — i.e., the Swiss foreign minister. She has been a member of the Swiss Federal Council since 2003, and was President of the Confederation in 2007 and now in 2011.
